Orinoco Property is an independent private landlord based in Cardiff. The landlord Graham started life as a Cardiff student himself and fell in love with the city. He grew his portfolio over the years knowing what students wanted from their homes and has also expanded into executive apartments. The properties are all either owned by himself or managed for his friends and family. Orinoco Property is a small team with friendly property managers and our own in house maintenance team.
